Our upstairs unit is a studio for one person or a couple. Dogs are also very welcome with advance notice, and the unit has a closable doggy door for their convenience. You can see photos of the unit below and many more in this link.
The upstairs unit offers the following amenities:
- Truly high-speed internet (Starlink).
- Reliable solar power, supplied by 24 panels, 32 batteries, and best-in-class solar equipment. The system is also supported by a quiet, powerful generator, which we almost never need to use.
- Modern air-conditioning.
- Overhead fans.
- A wall-heater (for the brisk times of year).
- A bedroom/living room. The bed has a Sealy mattress.
- Bright reading lamps with adjustable overhead lighting.
- A fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a refrigerator/freezer, a stove/oven, a blender, a coffee-bean grinder, a coffee maker, and full range of kitchenware and cooking utensils.
- An indoor bathroom and shower.
- An outdoors bathroom and shower.
- A mounted internet tv, which you can control with your laptop or telephone.
- A large front patio and a smaller side patio, both of which overlook the town and the beautiful San Juanico Bay. The front patio has a large space for stretching or yoga, and we can provide yoga mats upon request.
