Our Two Units
We offer two modern rental units: a downstairs villa and a separate upstairs studio, which are inside an enclosed compound in San Juanico, Baja California Sur (Scorpion Bay). We are located approximately 5-10 minutes by car from the point breaks.
The compound was originally
constructed in 2009, then fully renovated by the current owner from 2018 onward.

The Downstairs Villa
Our downstairs villa is for a family or group of friends. It can accommodate up to five people. Dogs are also very welcome with advance notice, and the unit has a closable doggy door for their convenience.
