OUR RATES
The downstairs villa is $180 per night, $1,200 for one week, $2,000 for two weeks, or $3,500 for one month. We offer better rates for longer-term rentals and during the off-season, which runs from November to March.
The upstairs studio is $140 per night, $900 for one week, $1,500 for two weeks, or $2,750 for one month. We offer better rates for longer-term rentals and during the off-season, which runs from November to March.
There is also a cleaning fee of $60 per stay.
For payment, we accept Zelle and bank-to-bank transfers (ACH or wire). We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and PayPal, so long as you pay the 3% fee that these providers charge.
