OUR RATES
The downstairs villa is $1,200 for one week, $2,300 for two weeks, $4,400 for one month, or $3,500 per month if you stay two months or longer. We offer better rates for longer-term rentals and during the off-season, which runs from November to March.
The upstairs studio is $910 for one week, $1,750 for two weeks, $3,300 for one month, or $2,500 per month if you stay two months or longer. We offer better rates for longer-term rentals and during the off-season, which runs from November to March.
There is also a cleaning fee of $100 per stay.
We also require a refundable security deposit and deduct from the deposit only for the cost of repairing damage to the property.
For payment, we accept Zelle and bank-to-bank transfers (ACH or wire). We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and PayPal, so long as you pay the 3% fee that these providers charge.
