Organic Produce in Your Back Yard
We grow organic vegetables in our garden directly behind the units, using drip-drop irrigation, our own wells, and organic products and methods.
Depending on the season, we offer spinach, kale, lettuce, arugula, basil, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, garlic, tomatoes, onions, zucchini, chiles, yams, strawberries, radishes, and more.
We offer produce at our garden by appointment. Ask William and his staff for more information. We usually have only limited offerings from July to October and a much greater variety from November to early June. We are renovating the garden during the summer of 2025 and will not have any produce to offer until the autumn of 2025.
