Our downstairs villa is for a family or group of friends (up to five adults). Dogs are also very welcome with advance notice, and the unit has a closable doggy door for their convenience. You can see photos of the unit below and many more in this link.
The downstairs villa offers the following amenities:
- Truly high-speed internet (Starlink).
- Reliable solar power, supplied by 24 panels, 32 batteries, and best-in-class solar equipment. The system is also supported by a quiet, powerful generator, which we almost never need to use.
- A large, modern kitchen with a commercial grade chef's stove/oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a blender, a coffee-bean grinder, a coffee maker, an espresso machine, and an ample supply of kitchenware and cooking utensils.
- Two bedrooms -- a master bedroom and a second bedroom. The beds have Sealy mattresses.
- Modern air-conditioning in each bedroom and also in the family room/kitchen.
- Overhead fans.
- Wall-heaters in the family room and each bedroom (for the brisk times of year).
- Bright reading lamps and adjustable overhead lighting.
- A dedicated work area in the family room.
- A mounted internet tv, which you can control with your laptop or telephone.
- A hi-fi stereo system, which you can control with your laptop or telephone.
- An indoor bathroom and shower.
- An outdoors bathroom and shower.
