Our apartments have reliable solar power 24/7, high-speed internet service (Starlink), air-conditioning, overhead fans, and wall-heaters.
Each unit has a modern kitchen and private outdoors patios.

Your dogs are very welcome to stay in our guest units, so long as you give us advance notice.
Each unit has a doggy door, and the yard is enclosed. We renovated both units with a view to making them great abodes for our four-legged family members!
This region has more than 30 miles of empty, magical beaches, where you and your critters can go exploring and enjoy leash-free living by the sea.
Please let us know in advance whether you plan to bring any dog(s) so that we can plan accordingly.

The seven points of San Juanico variously face east/southeast, southeast or south. These points catch SSW and SW swells generated by either distant storms or closer hurricanes that sometimes form in the east basin of the north Pacific. The outer points also receive some surf from large WNW swells.
The prevailing winds blow in the afternoon from the WNW and are therefore offshore or sideshore at the points.
The water is warm or very warm for about half the year, mild for another few months, and very chilly in the spring.
The photo above shows very large hurricane surf here on a truly exceptional day. Surf this large is rare in these parts, but we often have very fun surf and good winds, especially from April to October.
By car, our units are 5-10 minutes from the points and beaches.

San Juanico is a tiny, remote fishing village located in the lee of Punta Pequeña in south-central Baja California.
For adventure and excitement, we have surf, winds, and local exploring.
We also have remarkable calm and quiet at night, which many people find helps them to relax or to work very productively on tasks that can be performed online. We also provide yoga mats for those of our guests who wish to stretch or do yoga.
Southern Baja is an amazing land of contrasts and extraordinary desert beauty. San Juanico is by far our favorite part of this wonderful region of the world.

The downstairs villa is $180 per night, $1,200 for one week, $2,000 for two weeks, or $3,400 for one month. We offer better rates for longer-term rentals and during the off-season, which runs from November to March.
The upstairs studio is $140 per night, $900 for one week, $1,500 for two weeks, or $2,750 for one month. We offer better rates for longer-term rentals and during the off-season, which runs from November to March.
There is also a cleaning fee of $60 per stay.
